Smart Counsel is an application accessible on all mobile devices. It was developed by the G+T innovation team, made up of lawyers and technology specialists, and provides answers to the top questions asked by in‐house counsel in a free and easy to use platform. It covers a range of topics encountered by in‐house counsel in their daily practice, including assignment, privilege, dispute resolution and contract law.
